END OF SPORTS SEASON
With IPL,people started to think of an similar thing in our college too.After the 2nd internals,we had our cricket tournament.There was also the surprise staff team.The staff unexpectedly played well.Biswajit sir was simply the Mc grath of the team.Genus sir was flamboyant with his bat ,whereas sidharth sir & pappu were the stroke-maker.After 2-3 days the same problem of mis-organization,umpiring,favouritism,match-fixtures crept in.But dis time ,it was big...bigger than the volleyball tournament itself.Two nights went away argumenting on the issue.There was lots of tension & mistrust among people.It was on the verge of suspension.But somehow ,people came together & helped in finishing the tournament properly.Statistiaclly,it was larger tournament-comprising of 12matches in 1 week.For me ETC & IT were the best team,becoz they made use of der resources quite well.CSE team had ability to chase well.My favourite player in the tourno was amit(monty )from cse.
Slowly & steadily,academic process took the toll over us.Every one was busy for der sem preparation.In the meantime,our semester results were out.
